Good service and food, excellent helpful receptionist, comfortable room and bed. Good security, well located hotel for our purpose with ample car parking.
Bedroom had cobwebs and bathroom was below standard and slightly dated.

We were all impressed with the interior of the hotel, the cleanliness of the rooms, the attentiveness of the staff, the wonderful meal we had in the hotel restaurant, which was far superior to a certain restaurant in the centre of limerick, and the friendliness of the Irish people, which made our stay extra special. As the trip was to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday we were very pleased with every thing and would recommend the hotel to friends and family.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a couple of initial problems in the room which they took care of immediatly. The room was comfortable, the hotel well located for my purposes. I had a lovely view of their new garden and fountain area. Very nice. I enjoyed the pool and spa very much....it was a great way to spend a rainy weekend.
It would have been nice to have a luggage trolley available, but staff was able to help with luggage.

Location convenient to gaa grounds which was the primary reason for stay. Staff at reception and restaurant were excellent.
Car park grounds were under refurbishment during our stay, hence a lot of dust etc

Everything about the hotel was as I have indicated- very good and I would happily recommend a stay to anyone. We are from West Australia and found the staff to be very welcoming.

We were there for a family occasion and the welcome we received and the manner in which we were looked after was extremely professional. The food was excellent, served by wonderful friendly staff and everything went off without a hitch. A big thankyou to the management and staff.

Comfy beds, the room itself was well-appointed. The venue's position was very central. I ate at the attached restaurant near the hotel...

The family triple room was spacious and comfortable. The pool offered a great way to unwind, and the on-site bar/restaurant provided lively dining options. The swing fire doors were ill-fitting and complicated the journey to our room. Despite the inconvenience, the overall experience was positive, especially with the attentive staff.

Enjoyable stay and good size rooms.
We wasn't made aware that building work was ongoing at the hotel.
